ডিজিটাল মেডিক্যাল এইড (Digital Medical Aid – DMA)
Digital Medical Aid (DMA)-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অথবা আমাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো পণ্য ক্রয় করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলী মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১. পণ্যের তথ্য
- ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি, মূল্য ও স্পেসিফিকেশন যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রকাশ করা হয়।
- প্রস্তুতকারকের আপডেট বা প্রযুক্তিগত কারণে পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
২. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT)-তে প্রদর্শিত।
- যেকোনো সময় মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার DMA সংরক্ষণ করে।
- পেমেন্ট: Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking, Bank Transfer, Online Payment।
৩. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিনিধি ফোন/মেসেজে যোগাযোগ করতে পারে।
- ভুল তথ্য, স্টক না থাকা বা অন্যান্য কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
৪. ডেলিভারি
- সারাদেশে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়।
- প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা কুরিয়ার বিলম্বে সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
৫. ওয়ারেন্টি ও গ্যারান্টি
- যেসব পণ্যে ওয়ারেন্টি থাকবে তা সংশ্লিষ্ট শর্ত অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য।
- DMA ৭ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি ও এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা প্রদান করে।
৬. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম
- ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো তথ্য অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
- প্রতারণামূলক বা বেআইনি কার্যক্রমে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
